Central Virginia Music Calendar

We are very fortunate to have an incredible amount of amateur and professional musical talent in the Greater Charlottesville Area. This list focuses on featuring and promoting the many non-profit community musical groups in the area from Albemarle, Greene, Orange, Madison and Nelson Counties. 

This list is just a compilation and not sponsored by any one group. Attempts have been made to make it as accurate as possible, but please refer to the various groups’ websites and/or Facebook pages for verification as times and dates are always subject to change.

Groups noted with * are open to new members who have at least high school experience playing or singing and we would encourage you to reach out to them directly to see if you about the possibility of joining.  Groups noted with # require auditions but again, please reach out to the groups directly if you  have an interest in participating.
